What You’ll Need:
1 lb chicken, beef, or vegetables
½ packet MyBFFChefs Indian Fijian Curry Blend (about 2 tbsp)
1 tbsp oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can coconut milk
Instructions:
Heat oil and sauté onion until soft, then add garlic.
Add meat or vegetables and cook until lightly browned.
Stir in seasoning and cook 1–2 minutes.
Add coconut milk and stir well.
Simmer 20–25 minutes until tender and thickened.
Serve over rice.
