What You’ll Need:

1 lb ground beef, chicken, or steak (thinly sliced)

2–3 tbsp water or lime juice
1 tbsp oil (if using lean meat)

Instructions:

Add meat to a bowl and mix with seasoning and water or lime juice until evenly coated.

Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to absorb.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil if needed.

Cook the meat, breaking apart if using ground meat, until fully cooked and slightly browned.
