What You’ll Need:

1 lb chicken, lamb, or vegetables

½ packet MyBFFChefs Moroccan Ras El Hanout Blend (about 2 tbsp)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup couscous or rice

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Toss meat/vegetables with oil and seasoning.

Roast 20–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Serve over couscous or rice.

Chef’s Tips:

Add dried fruit for a traditional touch.

Finish with fresh herbs.

A squeeze of lemon brightens the dish.
