What You’ll Need:
1–2 lbs chicken, pork chops, or vegetables
½ packet MyBFFChefs Southern Fried Blend (about 2 tbsp)
1–2 cups buttermilk (or egg wash)
Oil for frying
Instructions:

Coat with seasoning.
Let rest 10–15 minutes.
