Welcome to My BFF Chef, a project of Monarch Marketing Hub. By purchasing a ticket, registering for a class or event, or using our website or materials, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

My BFF Chef offers in-person cooking demonstration parties, recipe kits, and related educational content. Event dates, locations, and menus are subject to change. We reserve the right to reschedule or substitute ingredients, speakers, or tools as needed.

2. Ticket Purchases & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by notifying us in writing at least 24 hours prior to the event. Refunds are not provided unless the event is cancelled by My BFF Chef.

3. Party Kits and Product Sales

Physical products (such as spice packs or utensils) are non-returnable unless defective. Digital downloads and templates are for personal use only and may not be resold, distributed, or shared without permission.

4. User Conduct

By participating in our events or accessing our content, you agree not to:

Reproduce or distribute class content for commercial use without permission.Use our materials or branding in any misleading or harmful way.Disrupt live classes or events for other participants.

We reserve the right to remove any guest or user who violates these guidelines.

5. Photography and Media Use

We may take photos or videos during live events for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant us permission to use your image in marketing unless you notify us in writing in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Participation in cooking activities involves inherent risk (hot surfaces, sharp tools, food allergens). By attending, you assume full responsibility for your own safety. Monarch Marketing Hub and My BFF Chef are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages arising from participation.
